«AVRORA» CHILDREN’S CHOIR

The Children’s choir «Avrora» was found in 2009. It is the eldest choir of Kraynev Children’s school of arts. Since the founding the director of the choir is Anastasia Belyaeva. The choir won Awards at several national and international competitions, and also maintains an active concert schedule. Among the most recent achievements of the choir are the Golden Diploma awarded at Rimini International Choral Competition (2014) and The Golden Diploma earned at the Second Children-youth Choral World Championship (2015). In the February of 2016 «Avrora» Children’s choir became the winner of the Russian competition «Choral Kazan» in several categories, and Anastasia Belyaeva, the leader of the choir, was awarded a special prize «The best conductor of the competition».
The Choir’s repertory is wide and varied. During these years it has sung different pieces of classical music of different epochs, countries, styles and genres. The Children’s choir «Avrora» is one of the most striking contemporary Russian choirs. Despite a fairly young Choir, it had already gained popularity and love in musical-choral society in Moscow. «Avrora» performs at a variety of venues in the city, cooperates with well-known musicians, and participates in a variety of creative projects and festivals. A distinctive feature of the Choir is the freedom, artistry and amazing energy of the children.
